What is this place?

Oak & Salt is a boutique retailer highlighting artisan and small batch food and drink provisions.  Founded in 2014 by former Chef, Ben Annotti, Oak & Salt is an independently owned company committed to sourcing unique goods from creative makers around the globe.

Where is this place?

We are proud to be based out of San Antonio, Texas.  Our Brick & Mortar location is at 1320 E. Houston St.  San Antonio, Texas 78205.

How does my product get on Oak & Salt?

Shipping

How much does it cost?

Oak & Salt has a flat rate shipping charge of $8 within the United States.  If you fill your cart full of $100 worth of goods, we'll ship that big 'ole box for free.  Live internationally?  Shoot us over an email at info@oakandsalt.com for shipping rates.

How long does it take?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and arrive at your door in 2-5 days after shipment depending on where you are on the map.  Need it quicker?  Shoot us an email at info@oakandsalt.com and we will make it work!

My box looks aged.  What's up with that?

We're big on recycling!  Feel free to use our box again, too.

I need to return an item.  How do I go about that?

Darn!  What happened?  Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or issue refunds unless an item is broken.  If something is busted, just shoot us an email at info@oakandsalt.com and we will make it right.
