Dhahabu is a Swahili name for gold, which is exactly what this coffee is. Kenya Dhahabu AA is a blend of top and traceable lots from Kirinyaga county, one of the top producers of Kenyan coffee.
This blend is comprised of Kenya AA Konyu, Kenya AA Kiangoi, and Kenya AA Kii
Altitude: 1700-1800 Meters
Varietals: SL34 and SL28
Process: Washed and dried in the sun / Fermentation with Kii River water
Tasting notes - We get a fantastic tomato soup aroma while grinding/brewing. Very sweet initially, bright citrus acidity with a savory undertone. Grapefruit finish.
