Maker: Estate Coffee Co.
Origin: San Antonio, TX
Size: 8 oz.
Tasting Notes: This incredible coffee is sourced from the Kochere district of Gedeo region of Ethiopia. This micro-region has been known as one of the best origins for southern Ethiopian coffees. The high elevation, iron rich and acidic soil create the perfect environment to produce the bright, floral Yirgacheffe profile. We taste notes of Tangerine, blackberry syrup, with a floral finish.

This is a natural processed coffee which means the entire coffee cherry is dried intact and the dried hull is removed right before export. This leaves a green coffee bean with a flavor very similar to the cherry itself. Natural processed coffees are very unique in that they are very fruit forward, very sweet, and very floral!
